I am an in-network psychiatrist for Aetna insurance through the Columbia University faculty practice plan.  Employees of Columbia University can also use their in-network insurance benefits.  There will be a co-pay that is required for each visit for these plans.

For most insurance plans, I am considered an out-of-network provider.  An invoice for each appointment will be sent to you with all the information needed to be submitted for reimbursement through your insurance.  If you are planning to use your insurance in this way, it is important to find out your out-of-network behavioral health reimbursement rate and what deductible you have.

Fees:

90 minute initial evaluation:  500 dollars

45 minute appointment:  350 dollars

30 minute appointment:  275 dollars
